Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pesy Ka Hisab (the "Service"), operated by [Gigaheap Private Limited] ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Pesy Ka Hisab is a personal and team money-management application that lets you record accounts, transactions, and related financial information. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Each workspace includes a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial.
• After the trial, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription (monthly or annual). Fees are shown at checkout and are stated in US Dollars.
• Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. When you purchase a subscription, Paddle is the seller of record and your contract for the purchase is with Paddle. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
• We may change our prices. Any price change will apply to billing periods that begin after we give you reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or via Paddle. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace reverts to read-only access. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the content and data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to operate and provide the Service. Even under read-only access you can continue to view and export your data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

7. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. The Service is a record-keeping tool and does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], Pakistan.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
